Located in a peaceful area, accessible by boat and a short walk. Clean and spacious rooms with a good view. Delicious and reasonably priced meals available. Friendly staff. Great value for money.

The location of this homestay is absolutely stunning! The view from the shared area is jaw-dropping, overlooking a beautiful valley and lake. The staff, although initially may not appear friendly, were actually super helpful, especially the owner who went above and beyond to assist with any inquiries. The prices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were very reasonable, allowing you to enjoy delicious food without breaking the bank. If you're in need of a good night's sleep, the host is accommodating and understanding, ensuring your comfort. Despite the language barrier, the host was lovely and kind, and her cooking was mind-blowing. The free bikes are an awesome perk, allowing you to explore the surroundings easily. I highly recommend checking out the nearby fruit and vegetable shop. Tran Xuan Homestay is an excellent spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Ba Be Lake, with friendly staff, great food, and incredible value for money.
